Job Summary
The Bounty Bar is looking to add passionate, professional, dedicated cooks to our team. We take immense pride in our menu of "better than it has to be" bar food. With a kitchen that serves until 1:00am daily, The Bounty Bar is the spot for late nights on Folly Beach.
Cooks will assist the kitchen manager with all daily kitchen operations. This is includes but is not limited to:
- Preparation of ingredients for all required menu items
- Executing menu items during service to meet the standards of guests, management, and food safety.
- Executing menu items accurately, consistently and in a timely fashion
- Receiving, storing, rotating, & handling products to uphold standards and expectations of food safety and sanitation
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
- Opening and closing of kitchen stations as dictated by scheduling
- Working alongside FOH staff to ensure the highest quality experience for our guests
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years high volume kitchen experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety and sanitation requirements as they pertain to kitchen operations and hygiene.
- Ability to stand on your feet and move with urgency, for several hours, without a break.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- ServeSafe Certification Preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
