The Bounty Bar on Folly Beach is looking for an experienced assistant manager to work closely with our GM and amazing team of rockstar bartenders.

The ideal candidate will be obsessively detail oriented, assertively responsible, and well organized. We are looking for one high energy, systems-based manager that is capable of leading our team through example and an ability to jump seamlessly from role to role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3-5 years of high volume, full-service or casual restaurant management experience

· Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted, and fun atmosphere

· Must have a passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring people

· Expert experience with inventory systems, profit and loss, and schedule writing. Experience with Restaurant 365 is a plus but not required.

· Kitchen management experience is preferred

· Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Strong organization and listening skills

· Eye for detail

· Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have reliable means of transportation

· Must have the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift

· Must have the ability to lift some heavy items
