- Execute cooking techniques to perfection, ensuring consistently high-quality and visually appealing dishes.

- Culinary Expertise: Proven track record of culinary excellence and creativity, with a minimum of 4 years experience in a professional kitchen.
- Passion: A genuine love for cooking and an unyielding commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a lead cook role within a culinary team is highly desirable, but exceptionally motivated first-timers looking to step up will be considered. The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example is essential.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and remains composed under stress.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude are crucial for fostering a positive kitchen culture.
