JOB TITLE: Lead Bartender and Trainer

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Elevate the guest experience by creating extraordinary moments as a Bartender while also nurturing exceptional talent within our team. This role involves training new and existing bartenders and collaborating with management to maintain current training standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests with flair, describing specials with a contagious smile.

• Showcase mixology skills, serving stunning drinks that captivate guests.

• Create an energetic atmosphere, ensuring responsible alcohol service.

• Manage orders, POS systems, and maintain a tidy bar area.

• Handle payments efficiently, fostering teamwork and open communication.

• Act as a mentor, providing training and support to enhance bartender skills.

• Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and menu items.

• Conduct regular training sessions to keep bartenders updated on industry trends.

• Collaborate with management for high customer satisfaction and efficient bar operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• TIPS certification for responsible alcohol service.

• Previous leadership or training experience in a bar or restaurant.

• Excellent knowledge of bartending techniques, presentation, and service.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Ability to maintain energy and create memorable experiences for guests.

• Ability to remain composed, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable transportation.

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.

• Leadership or training role experience.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including kegs.

• Ability to read and identify order items on a chit ticket.

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
