PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: As a Host, your main objective is to warmly welcome and seat guests in a timely and professional manner, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. You will also handle phone inquiries, take carryout orders, and bid guests a fond farewell upon departure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, radiating warmth and hospitality.
- Seat servers' sections in a balanced manner, following rotation whenever possible.
- Guide guests to their tables and introduce them to their designated server.
- Stay informed about table availability, both indoors and outdoors, for effective seating arrangements.
- Efficiently manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
- Assist in light bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers.
- Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone.
- Express gratitude to guests for choosing our establishment and bid them a warm farewell.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to 6 hours per shift.
